New Pre-Check-In Process

Starting on May 22nd, you will experience a new way to check in for your appointments at PMA.

A few days before your next scheduled appointment, you will receive a secure text from 844-931-3233 (or an email from no-reply@mail.securepatientmessage.com if you don’t have a smartphone) prompting you to review and make changes to the demographic and clinical information that we have on file for you as well as to pay copays and balances. The process can be completed right from your cell phone or computer without logging into the patient portal. This will help us to collect as much pre-visit information as possible; if you cannot complete the entire intake, your answered questions will still be saved to reduce paperwork and wait times once you are in the office for your appointment.
